If you’re looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can get this sorted for you. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
We want to give you a hassle-free way to return any item to us for a refund. You can return any items in their original condition within 14 days of the date you received your order.
To return your order via Australia Post, simply go on to ‘My Account’ and ‘My Orders’. Select the items from the order you want to return, choose from the drop down the reasons for the return and ‘Confirm Selection’. Next, ‘Search Drop Off Points’ for your nearest places to send your parcel from. If you’d prefer to book a collection for your return, please select this from the links above.
When everything is complete, simply print the pre-filled form that will be emailed to you to include in your parcel making sure only the items on the form are included in the bag. You’ll also receive the label to place on the front of the package to print, ensure only one label is applied and it’s the one from the email.
You can place a new order if a replacement size, colour or alternative items are required, and return the original item(s) to us for a refund.
Don’t worry that your returns note doesn’t include our return address, just place the print out on the front of your parcel ensuring only one label per parcel and that’s it’s the one you received in your email. If you haven’t got your returns note anymore, then you can click the attachment on the right to print off a new one. You’ll be able to print a new returns label once you’ve selected your returns option.
What happens next?
- It can usually take up to 7 business days(excluding weekends and Public Holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse, depending on which returns service you use.
- Once your refund is completed we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know.
- Any refund will automatically be issued to the original payment methodused when placing your order (i.e. card, PayPal account).
- Items returned must be in their unused condition. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- All goods are inspected upon returnand all returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags.
- We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost
- In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 14 days return policy, we may have to send it back to you. We reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
- Did you order from YES PLEATS Marketplace? If so, please contact the seller directly for return address and instructions.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
